Mithunda’s son, Mimoh Chakrobarty, 23, would make his debut with Bollywood movie Jimmy on April 18, 2008.
“I was 16 and busy studying Astrophysics. I wanted to go to NASA. I was 120 kg. All girls in school used to tie me rakhis. So I concentrated on my studies. I saw Kaho Na Pyar Hai and was inspired by Hrithik. That is when I wanted to enter the world of cinema.“
“I change the channel when mom’s movies play. I can’t stand to see her with any other man. I never watch Mithun and my mom’s movies together either. Seeing your parents romancing is the most embarrassing thing on earth (laughs).“
“I would like to work with Priyanka Chopra. And if there’s one person I want to compete with it is Hrithik. He was my inspiration to enter movies. He has always been my motivation. I am definitely not in his league but apart from my father, he is one person I have always admired. As for directors, I would like to work with Abbas Mustan. They had once offered me a role in Tarzan. I was only 18 then. Too young to come into movies I think.“
