I Hate Luv Storys director Punit Malhotra has denied dating Sonam Kapoor time and again, despite the number of rumours that claim otherwise.

Though rumours of their affair have been providing all kinds of publicity to the film, the director has spoken up about it. He states that the rumours about him dating Sonam are baseless. He clarifies that he is single at present and that the buzz about their relationship was all rubbish. However, he didn’t say anything more than that.

According to some reports, Sonam and Punit are in a serious relationship. The couple was apparently spotted together on a dinner date.

But a friend of Punit stated that they hadn’t gone out on a private date but were actually at a common friend Shiraz Siddique’s party where there were more than 50 guests. They were seen getting into their respective cars but that’s simply because their cars were parked nearby.”

Punit’s friend asserted that stories linking him with Sonam bother Punit, but there isn’t much he can do about it. It hasn’t changed their warm relationship though.
