There seems to be some real life drama in Mugdha Godse’s life. After her car ‘supposedly’ met with an accident last week, she is said to have renewed ties with her ex-boyfriend. Reason being that in that moment of trouble, he was the only one whom she could trust and bail her out of the uncomfortable situation that she had found herself in.

“Come on now, what accident, what uncomfortable situation, what renewal of ties”, says Mugdha in an annoyed tone, “This entire episode has been made out to be much bigger than what it was. I just had a brush with an accident, that’s about it. There was not even a single scratch on my car, let aside my body. There was no trouble whatsoever and I didn’t make any panic calls to anyone.”

Talking about reuniting with her ex-boyfriend, Mugdha states, “Please, I have stated in the past as well that I am not enemies with my ex-boyfriend. We have stayed on to be friends and there was never an ugly situation and there would never ever be one.” Calming down, Mugdha elaborates on her single status with a smile, “I have always been single yaar. People just linked me up with this guy but then he was always my friend. We had worked with each other during our modelling days and had been together ever since then. Later, when there was nothing left for media to explore, they broke us off. Aisa kabhi kuch tha hi nahi!”

So what is Mugdha looking at exploring in months to come? After a couple of dramatic affairs (Fashion, Jail) and a comedy (All The Best), what is it that she is looking at picking up next?”Actually I am getting approached for different genres now. I haven’t done any love stories till date so I would be interested in doing them. There are a few comedies and some very emotional movies which are coming my way as well. I am quite sorted though and am waiting for these people to finish scripting. Once that happens, you would again see more of me in the coming months. Stay tuned”, says Mugdha before signing off.
