Salman Khan declines 100 crores deal

Reports are floating in the media that Salman Khan has declined a 100 crores deal. The deal was for 3 movies.

We fail to understand why somebody would pay 33 crores to Salman khan for one movie. Earlier we had reports that Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and Neel Nitin Mukhesh have signed multi-crore deals, but this takes the cake.

Sequel to original Don planned

The producers of the original Don are planning for a sequel. Reportedly the movie would be called ‘Don – Return of the King’, and bring back the original Don, Amitabh Bachchan. Farhan Akhtar is too planning for a sequel to his version of Don, starring Shahrukh Khan.

It’s not a hidden fact that Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan don’t go well with each other.

Would this movie worsen their relationship further?

What would happen if both the movies release on the same day?

One thing we are sure of is that Shahrukh would have a bigger opening at the box-office than Amitabh.

Shahrukh Khan and Mahinder Singh Dhoni shoot an advertisement for Videocon.

This time Shahrukh Khan will be seen as a cricketer and MS Doni will be seen as an actor. The shoot took place in Yash Raj Studios on November 2, 2007.

Initially MS Dhoni felt a bit uncomfortable shooting with the country’s biggest star, but Shahrukh Khan made him feel comfortable in his own style. Later MS Dhoni shared some cricketing tips with the King Khan.

Kareena to perform at ICL opening ceremony

SRK did it with Chak De India; John followed that up with Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal. And now it seems that Kareena is all set to follow suit by doing her bit for sports, the difference being that SRK and John have done it on reel life, while Kareena will do it in real life!

She is scheduled to perform for tracks like ‘It’s Rocking’ from Kya Love Story Hai and ‘Mauja Mauja’ from her hit film, Jab We Met, at the opening ceremony of Kapil Dev’s Indian Cricket League (ICL) in Chandigarh. The event is being coordinated by Bunty Walia’s GS Entertainment and Zee Sports. Kareena said that she is a cricket enthusiast and has watched a lot of Kapil Dev’s performances. Hence, being a part of the ceremony would indeed be an honor for her. She is also planning to meet up with Kapil Dev on November 30 before the event. The Australian cricketer Dean Jones and England’s Tony Greig would also be joining them.

Hrithik Roshan finally decides to debut real big in Hollywood.

Stars like Lisa Ray, Om Puri and Gulshan Grover have done many off-beat Hollywood movies, but Hrithik Roshan would be the first Bollywood hero to feature in a full commercial Hollywood movie.

Hrithik Roshan has signed a contract with Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt’s celebrity and star management agency (for almost 20 years now) called Brillstein-Grey Entertainment.

After the success of India’s first super hero movie Krishh, Hrithik Roshan was offered many Hollywood movies, but he waited for the right role and right movie.

Hrithik Roshan’s fan following is a phenomenon as he was a run away hit right from his debut movie Kaho Na Pyar Hai. Many in bollywood thought that science fiction movies like Koi Mil gaya and super hero movies like Krishh won’t work, but Hrithik Roshan and his director father Rakesh Roshan thought otherwise. Those movies went on to become one of the highest all time bollywood grossers.

Hrithik Roshan will be seen next in a periodic movie Jodha Akbar opposite his Dhoom-2 costar Aishwarya Rai. Hrithik Roshan plays mogul ruler Akbar.
